By accessing and using TheSoulChart, or booking a consultation, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Entertainment Purposes Only

Astrological Disclaimer: The astrological services, consultations, and reports provided by TheSoulChart are strictly for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes. Astrology is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Clients are solely responsible for how they interpret and act upon the information provided during a reading. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or predict exact future events.

3. Booking & Delivery Policy

Upon successful booking and payment, your astrological analysis will be manually prepared. Due to the personalized and manual nature of this service, reports and consultations require up to 48 hours for preparation.

4. Refund Policy

Given the time-intensive, custom nature of manual astrological readings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the chart analysis process has begun. If an error is made on our part regarding birth details, we will gladly recalculate and provide a corrected reading.
